At Wiseali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, our Refund and Return Policy ensures you can easily return or exchange products within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
You can return products within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Certain products, including custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

Refunds

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or was sent in error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for a return and make a note of the item you’d like to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
